Chris DiNeno is the Founder of Main Street & Main. Our business assists Buyer’s and Seller’s in the purchase and sale of existing businesses and their related assets. These businesses, often referred to as "Main Street" businesses, are mainly entrepreneurial in nature, or family owned, and typically are sold or purchased for less than $1 million dollars. For businesses that exceed Main Street value, usually referred to as “Middle Market”, our group is uniquely capable of calling upon and joining forces with those in our organization that are highly qualified and experienced with these types of transactions.

Mr. DiNeno is also the Founder of The EnterDine Group and has owned, operated and developed restaurants in 22 states since 1987. The development of these restaurants throughout the U.S. afforded Chris an incredible opportunity to gain an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and taught him valuable lessons in site selection, tenant representation, construction and development. Chris has also acquired many existing business and converted them to operate according to his model, and has sold his businesses that were under-performing or no longer made sense to own. It is precisely these lessons that Mr. DiNeno draws upon in guiding both new and seasoned business owners alike towards achieving their diversified goals.

Mr. Arthur Diekman serves as Broker Associate for Main Street & Main, and specializes in the sale, purchase and leasing of retail properties. He has experience with both national chains and independent owners in site-selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis and business strategic development.

Prior to joining the EnterDine Team @ Main Street & Main, Mr. Diekman worked for a fortune 50 Company as a marketing and sales professional and led the distribution of product sales through an international network of dealers. In this capacity, Mr. Diekman gained valuable experience in establishing and executing business plans, evaluating business performance metrics and negotiating win-win solutions for his clients. Mr. Diekman also has a strong leadership background that was developed as a top performing military officer. He is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve.

Mr. Diekman is a consummate professional and continues to find ways to better serve his clients. He recently earned his MBA from The University of Tampa and is currently pursuing the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM). He is active in the commercial real estate community and is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).

Ms. Carolyn Treadway is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Carolyn is a former business owner for 10 years and has extensive experience in the Retail Industry. In addition to serving as a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Main Street & Main, she is also an experienced Business Broker specializing in the sale of small businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Prior to joining the EnterDine Team @ Main Street & Main, Ms. Treadway was a part-owner/operator of A-1 Pawn & Gun in Tampa Bay. Together with her former business partner, the company grew to a total of five operating units under their leadership. After a successful 10 years in business, Carolyn sold her shares in order to pursue a life in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokering.

Ms. Treadway is an accomplished professional and continues to find ways to better serve her clients. She is active in the Commercial Real Estate community and is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).

Mr. Walker has 34 years experience in the food service industry as both a corporate employee and as owner / operator. Matthew Carney, a widely recognized retail real estate leader, has not always had his focus on the ground.  While working on his degree in aviation from Western Michigan University he was selected for, and awarded, an extremely rare flight billet into the United States Marine Corps.  During his continued pursuit of aviation excellence he attended The United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School at Quantico, Virginia.  After finishing his studies Matthew’s passion for flying took a backseat as his career in real estate took off.
