Chris DiNeno is the Founder of Main Street & Main. Our business assists Buyer’s and Seller’s in the purchase and sale of existing businesses and their related assets. These businesses, often referred to as "Main Street" businesses, are mainly entrepreneurial in nature, or family owned, and typically are sold or purchased for less than $1 million dollars. For businesses that exceed Main Street value, usually referred to as “Middle Market”, our group is uniquely capable of calling upon and joining forces with those in our organization that are highly qualified and experienced with these types of transactions.

Mr. DiNeno is also the Founder of The EnterDine Group and has owned, operated and developed restaurants in 22 states since 1987. The development of these restaurants throughout the U.S. afforded Chris an incredible opportunity to gain an extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and taught him valuable lessons in site selection, tenant representation, construction and development. Chris has also acquired many existing business and converted them to operate according to his model, and has sold his businesses that were under-performing or no longer made sense to own. It is precisely these lessons that Mr. DiNeno draws upon in guiding both new and seasoned business owners alike towards achieving their diversified goals.

Ms. Carolyn Treadway is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Carolyn is a former business owner for 10 years and has extensive experience in the Retail Industry. In addition to serving as a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Main Street & Main, she is also an experienced Business Broker specializing in the sale of small businesses throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Prior to joining the EnterDine Team @ Main Street & Main, Ms. Treadway was a part-owner/operator of A-1 Pawn & Gun in Tampa Bay. Together with her former business partner, the company grew to a total of five operating units under their leadership. After a successful 10 years in business, Carolyn sold her shares in order to pursue a life in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokering.

Ms. Treadway is an accomplished professional and continues to find ways to better serve her clients. She is active in the Commercial Real Estate community and is a member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR).

Mr. Walker has 34 years experience in the food service industry as both a corporate employee and as owner / operator. Concepts include Bennigan’s, LongHorn Steaks, Gallagher’s Steakhouse, Toojay’s Gourmet Deli, Cosi, Durango Steakhouse, Hurricane Grill & Wings and many independents. With over 120 restaurant openings Mr. Walker can help you with site selection, hiring a great management team and overseeing the opening process – construction, food service equipment procurement, hiring management and staff and operational training.

Mr Walker served multiple terms on the Franchise Boards of Cosi, Bennigan’s and Hurricane Grill & Wings. At Bennigan’s Mitch was named GM of the Year twice and Franchisee of the Year twice. As President of Durango Steakhouse the concept won numerous “Best” awards throughout Florida.

Sam Shah is a Business Intermediary/Commercial Realtor at Main Street & Main.  His background is in small business and commercial investment real estate.  He has owned and operated several small businesses - mainly in the Food & Beverage & Hospitality Industries - ranging from the manufacture and distribution of soft beverages to full-scale restaurants.

In the past 20 years, he has owned and operated three high-volume restaurants in Apollo Beach, North Tampa and South Tampa.  In addition, he has bought and sold numerous properties throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Mr. Titterington began his career as an Engineer, designing state-of-the art electronics equipment for the communications industry.  From there, he went on to head numerous companies at the COO and then CEO levels in diverse industries, from high-tech & manufacturing to retail, food processing and multi-unit retail-foodservice.  During that time he also found time to open and operate a fine-dining restaurant & lounge, as well as a thirty-eight unit foodservice operation.

He has also successfully worked as a turnaround CEO, creating successful companies from failing operations.  In addition, he has created two successful franchise operations and sold over one hundred franchise units.

Mr. Titterington holds Real Estate Broker’s licenses in both Florida and California.  He has facilitated dozens of company sales and commercial real estate transactions, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions deals of up to $110 million in size.  He has also negotiated over one hundred leases, in both lessor and lessee roles, and has raised significant sums from Private Equity, Venture Capital and banking sources.

Mr. Titterington enjoys the diversity of Business & Commercial Real Estate Sales and has found that his considerable Operations & Financial experience allow him to quickly assimilate all aspects of any business, thereby facilitating the highly responsive fulfillment of client and buyer needs.
